To participate in or receive certain services, you may need to create an account. Additional terms may apply to specific features, creator services, payment services, subscriptions, or promotional programs, and those additional terms become part of the agreement when presented to you.

Your account is for your individual, personal use only. You may not authorize anyone else to use your account, and you may not access or use another person's account without permission.

When creating or updating an account, you certify that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update account and billing information when it changes or when we reasonably request an update.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for restricting access to your account. You accept responsibility for activity that occurs through your account, except where unauthorized use is promptly reported and handled according to applicable law.

Contact customer support immediately if you become aware of a security breach, unauthorized account use, or any violation of these terms by another person.

Naked Profile may create administrative, test, support, or quality-control accounts. Some of those accounts may be visible on the platform when needed for operations.

You may not access or use the service where doing so is prohibited by law. Naked Profile may contain adult-oriented, mature, explicit, offensive, indecent, objectionable, or user-generated material. Content may be encountered through browsing, subscriptions, messages, comments, creator pages, or other interactions.

You understand and accept the risks that may arise from online or offline communications and interactions with other users, creators, or members. You are responsible for taking appropriate precautions when communicating, meeting, paying, subscribing, or interacting with anyone you encounter through the service.

Naked Profile does not guarantee that user statements, creator statements, public posts, private messages, or profile information are accurate, complete, safe, or suitable for your reliance.

By using Naked Profile, you represent and warrant that:

• You will not provide minors with access to the service or your account.
• Your account, identity, profile, and billing information is accurate and will be kept current.
• You will not access the service from a place where access is prohibited by law.
• Your use of the service complies with applicable laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, and local standards.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, or similar systems to access the service.
• You will not bypass technical protections, security controls, rate limits, content restrictions, or access controls.
• You will not manipulate contests, promotions, credits, rankings, rewards, or platform features.
• You will not use the platform to harm Naked Profile, affiliated entities, users, creators, or service providers.

Naked Profile does not represent that it performs criminal background screenings on users or creators unless a specific verification process states otherwise.

The service may contain links, integrations, advertisements, banners, payment pages, age verification pages, storage services, analytics tools, support forms, or other resources provided by third parties.

Naked Profile does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, advertising, policies, data practices, products, services, or handling of personal information. Before providing personal data to a third-party service, review that service's privacy policy and terms.

Opinions, advice, statements, offers, content, or other information posted by users, creators, advertisers, or third parties belong to their respective authors. Naked Profile does not guarantee their accuracy, reliability, completeness, or usefulness.

You are responsible for decisions made in reliance on third-party resources or user-generated content.

The service, platform design, software, text, data, graphics, photographs, sounds, videos, interactive features, tags, posts, messages, metadata, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other materials may be owned by Naked Profile, by its licensors, or by users who submit content.

Platform materials are protected by copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other applicable laws. Access is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless written permission or a specific product term states otherwise.

You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, scrape, sell, exploit, reverse engineer, remove rights notices from, or create derivative works based on platform materials except as expressly permitted.

You may not disable, bypass, or interfere with security features, access controls, digital restrictions, watermarking, anti-copying controls, or features that limit use of content or the service.

Content made available on Naked Profile may be publicly posted, privately transmitted, creator-provided, user-generated, automated, moderated, or made available through third-party systems. The person or account from which content originates is responsible for that content.

Naked Profile does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, quality, availability, legality, suitability, or reliability of user-generated content. Content is provided as is and may contain errors, omissions, offensive material, mature themes, or material you do not wish to view.

Naked Profile may rely on protections available under applicable law for third-party content and does not waive those protections by operating, moderating, or enforcing rules on the platform.

Naked Profile is made available for personal, non-commercial use unless a specific creator, business, or platform agreement says otherwise.

You may not advertise, solicit, sell products, sell services, recruit users, send chain letters, send junk messages, send spam, post affiliate codes, post referral links, or use information obtained from the service to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user or creator without prior express consent.

Naked Profile reserves available rights and remedies against spam, unsolicited bulk communication, unauthorized solicitation, and abuse of platform communication features.

Communications through chats, comments, posts, profiles, forums, feeds, boards, blogs, public pages, or other platform areas may be public or visible to others depending on the feature. Use caution before disclosing personal information.

You are responsible for information you choose to disclose and for content you submit. Naked Profile is not responsible for personal information you voluntarily share with other users or creators.

When you post, send, upload, publish, or otherwise make content available through the service, you represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to do so. You grant Naked Profile the rights needed to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, distribute, promote, moderate, search, index, modify for formatting, and operate that content through the service and related platform features.

Publicly available content may be searchable inside the platform and may be visible through public pages, search features, previews, embeds, links, or search engines, depending on your account settings and how the feature is designed.

Naked Profile may refuse to transmit, publish, or store content and may disclose, review, block, restrict, remove, or preserve content if it appears to violate the Terms, this Privacy Policy, law, payment rules, safety standards, or the rights of another person.

Naked Profile may monitor transmissions, postings, comments, messages, uploads, or other materials to investigate or prevent violations, abuse, fraud, security threats, spam, or unlawful activity. We may also limit or filter the number of messages, comments, posts, or other communications sent or received.

You agree not to use Naked Profile to:

• Upload, post, email, message, transmit, or make available unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, invasive, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Harm minors or commit abuse in any form.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation with any person, creator, company, or Naked Profile.
• Forge headers, manipulate identifiers, or disguise the origin of content or communications.
• Share confidential, proprietary, private, or restricted information you do not have a right to disclose.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights.
• Post unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, referral codes, affiliate links, commercial solicitation, junk messages, or spam.
• Upload malware, viruses, scripts, harmful code, or materials designed to disrupt software, hardware, networks, or telecommunications systems.
• Disrupt conversation flows, overload features, interfere with real-time exchanges, or degrade another user's ability to use the service.
• Interfere with servers, networks, security controls, robot exclusions, rate limits, or platform requirements.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Provide support to restricted, unlawful, or prohibited organizations or conceal the nature or source of such support.
• Stalk, threaten, intimidate, exploit, coerce, or harass another person.
• Collect, store, scrape, publish, or disclose personal data about users or creators without consent.
• Disclose private information such as telephone numbers, street addresses, legal names, URLs, emails, billing details, or other sensitive information where disclosure is not permitted.

Report suspected violations to customer support or through available reporting tools.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, members, and creators. Naked Profile has no general obligation to screen users, investigate user backgrounds, or verify user statements unless a specific feature or legal requirement provides otherwise.

Naked Profile does not guarantee user conduct, compatibility, truthfulness, safety, identity, availability, or suitability. Use caution, common sense, and appropriate safety measures when communicating or interacting.

If user content or conduct appears offensive, harmful, inaccurate, deceptive, unsafe, or unlawful, use available report tools or contact support. Naked Profile may monitor, mediate, restrict, terminate, block, or refuse service to users involved in disputes or violations, but is not obligated to do so.

To the extent permitted by law, users release Naked Profile and related parties from claims arising out of user-to-user disputes. California users acknowledge that unknown or unsuspected claims may exist and may be waived to the extent applicable law allows.

Certain services may require subscription fees. Subscription prices, initial terms, renewal terms, and billing frequency are presented during registration, purchase, checkout, or confirmation. Fees may change from time to time where permitted by law and disclosed through the service.

A subscription may include an initial charge and recurring periodic charges. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel, terminate authorization, or change your payment method according to the billing instructions available in your account. Cancellation does not affect charges processed before Naked Profile or its payment provider can reasonably act.

Some services may require one-time purchases, prepaid credits, tokens, digital items, paid messages, pay-per-view access, usage charges, or wallet balances. These credits or balances may be redeemable only for specified platform services and may not be redeemable for cash or transferable except where required by law.

Some payment processors, banks, or card issuers may process transactions outside your country or may charge foreign transaction fees, conversion fees, banking fees, or similar charges. Contact your bank or card issuer for details before purchasing.

Promotional credits, points, free balances, trial credits, rewards, or similar benefits may be changed or terminated at Naked Profile's discretion. They may expire after inactivity, account termination, promotion end, or other disclosed conditions. Unless expressly stated, promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or converted into other services.

Naked Profile may terminate, suspend, limit, or restrict access to the service, account, membership, subscription, content, wallet, credits, or features with or without notice where permitted by law, including for violations, fraud, chargebacks, unlawful conduct, risk, safety concerns, platform abuse, or operational reasons.

Naked Profile may be unable or not required to disclose the reason for account action. Decisions about account termination, restriction, or reinstatement are made according to platform rules, legal obligations, and operational judgment.

You may terminate your account, membership, or subscription through available account tools or support channels. Termination is effective when processed according to the applicable instructions. Refund handling is subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions relating to content rights, payment obligations, restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute handling, and enforcement.

To provide continuous service, paid subscriptions may renew automatically when the current subscription period ends. Renewal may be for the same period as the original subscription, a shorter period where disclosed, or another period shown in the purchase or promotional terms.

Special offers or promotions may renew on different terms than the original subscription. Renewal period, price, and billing details are communicated during checkout, confirmation, or promotion presentation.

If you do not want automatic renewal, turn off renewal or cancel through the billing or account area before the renewal date. Continuing to use the service or leaving a subscription active confirms authorization to charge your selected payment method.

Charges may be payable in advance, in arrears, per usage, per subscription period, or as otherwise described when you purchase, subscribe, or join the service.
